Rebecca's Beer Pork

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or light charcoal for grill.

Marinade for 2-4 boneless butterfly pork chops:
1 bottle of beer
2 bay leaves
2 minced or pressed garlic cloves
Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl. Let pork marinate 15
minutes or more.

1-2 cups Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 t basil
1 t oregano

Mix bread crumbs and additional spices on a large plate. When pork has
marinated for at least 15 minutes, remove each pork chop one at a time,
allow it to drip excess liquid into the bowl, then place on plate. Flip
it to coat both sides with bread crumbs. Bread the rest of the
marinated pork. Discard marinade. Place breaded
pork in a pan with a metal rack or on the grill. Cook 30 to 45 minutes
in the oven, cut to test for doneness. Cook 20 minutes on the grill,
cut to test for doneness. Enjoy!
