Green Grape Mint Sorbet
Combine in blender:
2 cups seedless green grapes
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
3 Tb fresh lime juice
3 Tb fresh lemon juice
some Stevia extract or Splenda to taste (approx. 1 Tb)
pinch of salt
Key Lime Yogurt to taste

Pulse or flash blend ingredients. Freeze in little crockery bowls. Optional: after removing from freezer, you can re-blend until smooth and pale green in color. It freezes well for several days. Add dollops of key lime yogurt before serving.  Stir and serve.
