Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

6 boneless pork loin chops
1 Tb vegetable oil
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
1 can Lite Apple Pie Filling (sweetened with Splenda)
Cinnamon, if desired

Brown pork chops well, and prepare cornbread stuffing according to package directions. Spread lite apple pie filling into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Place browned pork chops on top of pie filling, spoon stuffing on top of each pork chop. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer allowing stuffing to crisp.
